It seems like stating the obvious - why should I not want to talk in my mother tongue?
Of course in EEC speak the obvious is not necesarily what they mean.
on the other hand a course in spelling necessarily correctly might be useful......
Well, quite. More worrying are the lessons in "Europeanism"...
